We are here to help families learn to advocate for their children with special needs, and to help youth with special needs gain appropriate education, supports, access to employment, and independence.

RCSN was founded by three NYC mothers of children with special needs in 1983. Many of the issues have changed since then, but so have the ways we help families. We look forward to our next thirty years of service!
