RCSN helps create bright futures for children and youth with any disability in all boroughs of New York City. We are here to walk with families through transitions and challenges in school, at home, and in the community, from early childhood to life after high school.

We provide free workshops for parents at schools, community agencies, and houses of worship throughout the city, on topics from special education to positive behaviors. We train professionals to work more effectively with children and youth with disabilities and their families.
