Training Coordinator
Nina Lublin is RCSN’s early childhood expert. She helps parents and professionals find and obtain programs for children from birth to five years old, and conducts training for parents and professionals. Before coming to RCSN, she was the Head Start Special Needs Liaison for the New York City Agency for Child Development.
